| All nutritional plans are calculated according to the specific needs of the individual. Various scientific equations are applied to calculate the basal metabolic rate (measured in kilojoules). The factors that are taken into account include: age, height, current weight, activity level, stress level, underlying conditions e.g. irritable bowel etc. |

After all the requirements have been determines we plan the tailor made eating plan

We spend 20min to explain the principals of the diet and to go through the eating plan and menu’s |
