My Diet Clinic together with accredited Vitality Health Professionals is hosting a Wellness Day for Discovery Vitality Members to maintain or upgrade their Vitality Point Status.
The aim is to make it as convenient as possible for the Vitality Member. We will
work on appointment basis only, thus ensuring that the total number of assessment
per Vitality Member will take approximately 50 minutes.
The Wellness Team that will do the assessments includes:
√ DIETICIAN: She will conduct a Vitality Nutrition Assessment (VNA) as prescribed by Discovery.
√ BIOKINETICIST: Your fitness test will take 10 minutes to completeand consist if a easy to do step exercise.
√ NURSE: A registered nurse will do a Glucose and Cholesterol test. You have the option to do a HIV test to earn extra Vitality Points.
√ OPTOMETRIST: A glaucoma test can be done for persons over 40 years old.
