The aim is to make it as convenient as possible for the Vitality Member. We willwork on appointment basis only, thus ensuring that the total number of assessment per Vitality Member will take approximately 60 minutes.
We will now also offer assistance to clients on how to complete their individual online assessments, of which they can earn up to 12 000 points.
The Wellness Team that will do the assessments includes:
√ DIETICIAN: She will conduct a Vitality Nutrition Assessment (VNA) as prescribed by Discovery.
√ BIOKINETICIST: Your fitness test will take 10 minutes to completeand consist if a easy to do step exercise.
√ NURSE: A registered nurse will do a Glucose and Cholesterol test. You have the option to do a HIV test to earn extra Vitality Points. NEW!!!!! FLU VACCINATION
√ OPTOMETRIST: A glaucoma test can be done for persons over 40 years old.
